Due to the highly technical nature of this tool, replacement blades are unavailable. Even though the blade is made of the highest quality stainless steel, the blades could dull over an extended period of time. The blade sharpening policy is stated below. The sharpening policy is as follows:
The QuickFinder® deluxe™ unit must be returned to MiracleCorp™ Products, 2425 W. Dorothy Lane, Dayton, OH 45439. The cost to sharpen the unit is $14.99 and the cost to cover shipping and handling is $8.99. Therefore, a check made payable to MiracleCorp™ Products in the amount of $23.98 must accompany the QuickFinder® deluxe™ unit. The unit must be adequately packaged so as to not incur damage while in transit from the owner to MiracleCorp™ Products. The correct name, phone number, email address, mailing address (not a PO Box), city, state and zip code must be clearly and legibly included with the unit to ensure that the newly sharpened unit can be accurately returned to the owner. Tools that are sent to MiracleCorp™ Products in a damaged condition that prevents resharpening will be returned to the owner.
QuickFinder® deluxe™ Warranty
MiracleCorp Products™ warrants this product to the original purchaser against defective material or workmanship for sixty days from purchase date. All implied warranties are also limited to 60 sixty days. If this product fails to operate properly under normal use conditions within the warranty period because of defective materials or workmanship, MiracleCorp Products™ will replace or repair the unit without cost to consumer for parts and labor. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, repairs or alterations. To take advantage of this warranty, contact us by mail or phone and give us all the details. We will then issue you a “Return Authorization Number” which must be clearly posted on both the outside and the inside of the carton. We will not accept any item without this number. Proof of purchase must also accompany the shipment. After the Return Authorization Number has been given, the defective product must be returned via parcel post insured or U.P.S. with $6.50 in check or money order, made payable to MIRACLECORP PRODUCTS to cover the cost of handling. Package should be sent to our service center at: MiracleCorp Products Repair Station, 2425 West Dorothy Lane, Dayton, OH 45439. MiracleCorp Products™ will not be responsible for cost of repairs or alterations (to include sharpening) made by any other person, agency or company, nor for incidental or consequential damages of any type. Some states may not allow exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
